Connect A LinkedIn Destination
Your profile or your company page, connected and locked in.
What It Is
You link the LinkedIn identity that posts will publish to, either a personal profile or an organization page.
Guarantee Behind It
An organization page can only be attached when LinkedIn actually grants you access to it, and once set, the destination is never silently changed. Your credentials are encrypted for your workspace alone, never stored in plain text.
Workflow
Connect LinkedIn
- 1.Dashboard, open LinkedIn Connection. Status shows the current connection.
- 2.Under App Credentials, enter the Client id and Client secret, then select Store App Credentials.
- 3.Select Reconnect LinkedIn to authorize and obtain tokens. (Set Tokens Manually accepts an Access Token and Refresh Token directly, with Store Token Pair.)
- 4.Under Publish as, choose Personal profile or Organization Page. For an organization, select Connect Org Page (run discovery); only pages LinkedIn grants you are offered.
- 5.The workspace can now publish to that identity.
