Employee Advocacy
One great post, amplified in every teammate's own voice.
What It Is
An organization amplifies a source post through its members: each enabled member gets a personalized variant they can publish from their own profile. Employee advocacy is included in the Business Plus plan, and in the Trial Subscription.
Guarantee Behind It
A member's credentials reveal exactly one member, never the whole workspace, and stay separate per member inside your workspace's walls.
Workflow
Amplify A Post
- 1.Open Advocacy.
- 2.In Members, select Enable Member for each employee who opts in. Optionally Add Voice Note to capture a member's tone, style, and audience.
- 3.Under Generate Variants, pick a Source post and select Generate Variant Post.
- 4.Each member reviews their variant in the Post Variants Queue under My Participation, and sets their Publishing mode: Manual: I approve every post, or Auto: publish approved variants for me.
- 5.A member's variant publishes from their own profile, in their chosen mode.
