Manage Your Plan And AI Key
Pick the power you need; bring your own AI key whenever you like.
What It Is
You select a plan, which unlocks capabilities, and can supply your own AI provider key. Billing is about what your workspace is entitled to; the platform never handles your card.

Individual Plus and Business Plus start with a 5-day grace period before the first 30-day cycle.
Guarantee Behind It
A capability needs both your plan and the platform to enable it, and stays off by default. A lapse halts new activity but never locks you out of billing, so you can always set things right. The platform never sees your card, and no secret ever appears in your spend records.
Workflow
Choose A Plan
- 1.Dashboard, open Billing (Plans And Pricing) and Choose A Plan.
- 2.Complete Purchase through the payment provider (the platform records your entitlement, not your card). On a Trial Subscription, a purchased plan replaces it and continues without interruption; Billing shows when the Trial Subscription ends. To change or cancel later, use the payment provider's customer portal, linked from Billing.
- 3.In User Management, under AI Language Provider, choose the Provider and Model, enter your API Key, and select Verify Key, so generation runs on your own account. A workspace purchased on the AI Provider API Key runs on that key until you add your own.
- 4.Capabilities unlock according to your plan.
- 5.Watch AI spend in User Management, under Spend: Recent Activity lists each workflow's calls, tokens, rates, model, and key source; Aggregate Totals summarize by provider and key source.
