You refine the wording, title, or attached media on a post that has not been published.

Editing never publishes anything; the post keeps its pre-publication state. The same safety check still applies to your edited text on the way out.
Workflow
Edit A Post
- 1.Open a post awaiting approval (or a draft) and choose Edit Post.
- 2.Adjust Title and Content.
- 3.Attach or Detach an image if desired. Attaching an AI generated image needs the Image Studio capability (Individual Plus or Business Plus).
- 4.Save. The post keeps its place, now updated.
